Rental price and conditions for chalet BENECKO

If you would like to rent the holiday house,
you can contact the renter.

Reservation, payment and cancellation.

Through an application form (below the price table)
you can inform us if the house is available in the period you wish.

In case of a reservation you must make an initial payment of
50% of the total amount.
A reservation can be cancelled until two months before start of
the reserved week; the down payment will be paid back then.  
The rest of the total amount must have been paid one month
before start of the reserved week.

The rental price is inclusive of linen, energy- and heating
costs, water costs, use of facilities and wood stock.

Excluding: cleaning costs 1200 Kc (about 45 Euro) must be paid at
the end of the stay and the tourist tax will be settled on the
spot (over 18 years old 5,50 Euro per week and children until 18
years old 1,50 Euro per week).

Deposit: 150 Euro.

Pets are allowed.

Price per dog is Euro 20 and will be added to your rental price.

Keys: Before our guests leave, we will contact you.
Normally you call us when you arrive at the Czech border so that
our manager can await you at the house in order to hand you the keys.

In below table you will find the rental prices. The rental price
varies per season and is based on a week, from Saturday afternoon
(3 pm) until Saturday morning (10 am).
Outside the high season exceptions are possible.

The final cleaning is obligatory!
